Staying Young.

Nature never grows old. Life never grows old, it only changes form. The human race is young. Only that its units fall off. Growing old is a habit. Life is endless but the power of an endless life is within you.

Keep growing and you keep young. A new idea will keep you feel younger. Develop it and it will develop you. Nourish your mind with new ideas. Stop talking about being too old to grow. When you stop growing you will wither. Grow something, create something, produce something and the law of youth will pervade your being.

Being young is about observing the various laws. Observe the law of health, the law of mind, the law of growth, the law of harmony, the law of production, the law of expression, the law of beauty and the law of selflessness. Keep your system free of waste. Rebuild destroyed tissue. Stop poisoning your body with anger, hate, jealousy and fear. Keep your mind sweet. Think cheerfully. Avoid mental agony. Selfishness, worry and fear are the greatest enemies of youth. Express gratitude to the almighty for this wonderful life before you start your day. Quit useless discussions, quarrels and criticism. Let your presence be healing, helping and inspiring to others.

Like what you do and do what you like. Learn to love work for the happiness it brings. Inaction is decay. Bring your fine sensibilities to your work. Be morally big and work with confident expectation. Put rules and systems into your daily tasks. Exercise your self-control and approach tasks with a dominant will. You will then love your work. When you start to love work, you will not exhaust your brain and body but will enrich both.

Good cheer is the tonic of youth. If you are gloomy, you find it hard to laugh. A smile always gives you more real life. Cheerfulness and prosperity go hand in hand. Good cheer attracts good luck. Read humor and learn to convey it. Practice telling good, funny stories. Sleep with a smile on your face and you will wake up with joy. Believe that there is a bright side to everything in this world. Keep away from negative people. If you find someone in trouble cheer them. You will always comfort yourself when you comfort another.

Life and love never change. We are actually divine natures, supreme in limitless power. Strive to be young forever.

The Ageless Secrets

I like reading self-help books. The wealth of information found in these books is great and useful for anyone looking to improve themselves. However, a lot of books consist of rehashed material and offer nothing new to a regular reader like myself. That said, I have taken it upon myself to write reviews for several books I have read recently, in order to give people a guide on what books are worth their money and which ones should be avoided.

The latest book I read is The Ageless Secrets, by Chris D’Cruz. As the title suggests, this book contains a great amount of information of increasing your lifespan and improving the general state of your health.

http://sudhi1968.chrisuls.hop.clickbank.net?offer=tas

As a self-help book, The Ageless Secrets fills a pretty small niche. Most other books give general guides on being, eating and living healthy, but D’Cruz instead provides specific information on living longer. He begins by giving historical information on how people from ancient times have managed to live over a century, despite the poorer, less-sophisticated healthcare.

Surprisingly, the information he provides is factual and accurate – he isn’t just spinning stories to prove his case. He goes on to unravel the mystery of how these people managed to achieve their longevity – typically due to a combination of diet, lifestyle and exercise. He also delves into more esoteric and ‘mystical’ arts that originate from the ancient Chinese empire, and gives the readers a primer on how they can make use of these secrets for their own benefit.

The Ageless Secrets provides more specialized information on generally being healthier and feeling better, information that I have yet to find elsewhere. Several of the concepts and techniques presented in this book are unique and have not been replicated in other books. The information is also presented in a simple and concise manner and is very implemented into your daily routine.

Beyond the primary e-book, The Ageless Secrets program also consists of several smaller supplements on improving your energy levels (using the classic systems of yoga, chakra meditation and tai chi, amongst others), improving your body’s self-healing capabilities and achieving the much sought after ‘eternal youth’. These other materials, provide a very useful supplement to the main e-book, as it gives comprehensive details on how to maximize each exercise – for instance, it gives a step-by-step breakdown on how to do proper chakra meditation as well as explaining how the chakra system works.

The Ageless Secrets program promises much, but it also delivers just as much. Just from the initial exercises and dietary habits it suggests, I began to feel healthier, more energetic and alert – and only after a week. Unlike typical health manuals, The Ageless Secrets has more pronounced, immediate effect and it doesn’t take too much effort to get into. A lot of the exercise and diet changes it suggest can be implemented in your life in a matter of days and is designed to fit into any schedule.

In short, I heartily suggest picking up this book for yourself. The benefits of improved health and increased energy will give you a fresh outlook at life completely revitalize you. pick it up now, while Chris D’Cruz still has it at an affordable price.

How To Develop Concentration.

This item was filled under [ Uncategorized ]

Concentration is one of the master keys of power. Without it one cannot accomplish anything great or significant. Concentration may be defined as a state of mind in which the total energies of the individual, physical as well as mental, are focused upon the thing he is doing or thinking. All unconnected thoughts and actions are kept out of mind and all his forces are focused on the task in hand. One who can do this has acquired the power of concentration.

You sit down to write a blog. You had hardly finished 2 lines and you are reminded of the groceries to be procured from the local store. You postpone it and sit down again to write. After you have finished another line or two, the electrician turns up to fix the water heater. You wait for him to finish his job before you start writing again. You had just jotted down a line or two when your eyes wander around the room. Your eyes lock onto that suit which has to be pressed. An hour has passed and you had just started the blog. This is a fair example of the lack of concentration. This habit is an absolute bar to any worthwhile achievement.

How to gain the power of the mind to focus on one task at a time without allowing any of our thought or attention to wander elsewhere? It is very easy but not as simple as it seems to be. Just refuse to let the mind wander. Be the master of your mind. The act of attention is necessarily involved in whatever mental act you are engaged in.

Select some task which requires accuracy and close attention. Take a sum of addition and multiplication. Do not allow your mind to take on any other idea or picture until it is finished and verified. While adding or multiplying the figures, you can easily be distracted by the clamor of children playing on the streets or the honk of a truck passing by. Now this is just where you are required to make the essential act of concentration. You have to shut the door on these outside distractions. Turn back to your task and tell yourself that you will do only one thing at a time. But the distractions can return with incredible persistence. Don’t let them bother or excite you. Simply bring the attention back to the original subject of thought.

Another exercise is to simply count. Count up to one hundred beginning with 2 and adding 2 each time. The begin counting downward subtracting 3 each time. This may seem simple. Unless you have a finely developed power of attention, you will not be able to complete these exercises.

Every homely act of standing, walking, writing, shaking hands and a million other trivial acts offers training in concentration, if done consciously and attentively.

If I have made any improvement in the sciences it is owing more to patient attention than to anything else – Sir Isaac Newton.

How To Foster Imagination.

This item was filled under [ Uncategorized ]

Of all the powers of the mind, imagination is the most interesting. There would be no pictures, books, music and houses without imagination. In fact everything that man had made had been first conceived in the imagination before it was born into actual being.

It is next to impossible to think of a person without imagination. A lack of imagination can render people uninteresting and of little significance in the world. The higher rewards of life are hopelessly unattainable for them. For any creative works like painting, sculpture, musical composition and literature the power of imagination is a great essential.

Imagination can be every easily, conveniently and rapidly cultivated. The act of imagining is closely inter woven with several others of the mental faculties. The act of imagination doesn’t mean creation of something new. Imagine, for instance, a house painted in beige equipped with an exclusive home theater. It is actually a combination of ideas-a house, the color beige and a cinema theater. Hence it can be inferred that only the combination is new. The materials combined are as old as human thoughts.

The first raw material for imagination is our percepts- the things we have heard, felt, smelt and tasted. The things perceived should be remembered and grouped into clusters. We must begin by educating perception, memory and association for cultivating the power of imagination.

Get a novel full of action and start reading. At the end of the first page, stop and recollect a picture of what was express or described. Try to make it as vivid as it would be were you actually gazing on the scene. Go to the second page and you see that something is added to the picture. See this and try to make it as vivid as possible. Force yourself to imagine every detail. By the time you have read a dozen chapters in this manner, you will find that your imagination has remarkably improved.

Take fifteen minutes at the end of the day and make a detailed review of its most important occurrences. Take much time and recall everything in detail. Examine each episode critically. Try to see clearly every event person and action. Imagine how you and others might have acted in particular situations. Hear the hum of the bees, the sound of the wind, the rustling and other noises peculiar to the country life to develop the power of auditory imagination. Recall some experiences from your past which had made a strong impression upon you. Review it slowly and carefully in all details. Consider its causes, outside influences which affected it, the consequences of the occurrence upon you and others and how best it could have been prevented. This exercise not only develops imagination but also reason, judgment and self-control.

Einstein was right when he said-Imagination is more important than knowledge.

How To Unlock The Power Of Association.

This item was filled under [ Uncategorized ]

It is essential to get into the mind a large stock of ideas. This can be done only by perception and memory. But these ideas have to be grouped in such a way that one idea instantly calls up many other related ideas. This can be done through the power of association.

When we say ‘Thoughts are things’, we need to have a clear idea as to what the term ‘things’ mean. For the time being, imagine an ordinary brick as the ‘thing’. Now in order to make associations around anything we need to get a clear idea of that thing. Let us start analyzing the brick. The brick has weight, hardness, dimensions, form, color and so on. This process of determining the qualities peculiar to the object or idea is called analysis.  Analysis is the first step essential to the formation of associations. Having analyzed the brick, let us make associations between the brick and other objects. The brick is in the shape of a book or something like a cigar box. The color of the brick is frequently found in wall covering and rugs. Further, the brick can be associated with granite, marble and other building materials.

Now we have gone through four distinct processes of reasoning, without which, no association between ideas could exist. Firstly the brick was analyzed and our ideas were extended to it until we found some objects which could be associated with the brick. Lastly we noted that every object we thought of was either like or unlike the brick in some way. These four processes of reasoning namely, analysis, extension, likeness and unlikeness must be gone through in order to make complete and valuable associations.

Proper association of ideas ensures power of memory. Any act, if repeated a number of times tend to become automatic. A careful effort will easily develop a habit of associating apposite ideas. Few people understand the power of association. The ideas are isolated in most of the people.

Here is a tip for honing the power of association.  Pick any object you like and jot down a list of its characteristics. Having written down its characteristics, take them up one by one and think of what other objects have the same quality. For instance, presuming that an ordinary table knife had been picked, the sharpness of the knife suggests swords and scissors whereas the ivory handle represents a large number of articles made of that material. The steel material of the knife resembles all cutlery and steel machinery. By going through this exercise with any object, you are getting your mind into the habit of treating all subjects in the same analytical manner.

How To Develop Memory.

This item was filled under [ Uncategorized ]

The value of a man depends to a large extent on his ability to recall and to use at any desired moment the recollection of what he has seen, heard, experienced or thought. Our perceptions bring along with them a plethora of experiences. Things that we have touched, heard, tasted and smelt. But these things are valuable only when they are held in the memory. They cannot be used unless they are remembered. Every man who has attained a higher place has been blessed with a retentive and exact memory. A good memory will give you an incalculable advantage over others.

Memory is a term used to describe the way that certain acts or thoughts tend to remain in the mind. Memory differs from person to person. Some people have good memory for names but cannot recall faces. Some people can remember dates but have no power to recollect names.

Study the object you wish to remember in all its phases by keeping every other thought out of your mind. Make that object a part of yourself and you will never forget it. You observe a car while walking down the street. Observe the color, model and make. After the car has passed by, try to recall the color, model and make of the car. If you do this on a dozen occasions, you will be surprised and delighted at the improvement in your ability both to perceive and to remember. While doing window shopping, take one glance at the exhibits and move on. Then ask yourself what you saw in the window. If possible, write down each article as you remember it.

Another method of memory training is to recall the events of the day before retiring to bed. Try to recall the events in all details, in the chronological order if possible. Another method of polishing the power of recollection is to start reading a paragraph from an interesting book slowly and carefully. Then close the book and loudly repeat the substance of the section you have just read. You can use your own words while doing this. Do this for all the paragraphs on a page. This way, you will be able to recall and to clearly express the essence of an entire chapter without any great effort or difficulty. Writing out at length what you have recollected instead of expressing in spoken words will not only train the memory but also the perceptions, the will and the power of expression. Another way to develop memory is to vividly recall in all details a picture of the object desired.

To your memory retention success.

How To Build A Prosperity Mindset.

This item was filled under [ Uncategorized ]

Prosperity begins from the mind and is impossible with a hostile mental attitude. No one can become prosperous while he really expects or half expects to remain poor. We tend to get what we expect and to expect nothing is to get nothing.

Most people do not face life in the right way. They neutralize a large part of their effort because their mental attitude does not correspond with their endeavor. They discourage and drive away the very thing they are pursuing by holding the wrong mental attitude towards it. To be ambitious for wealth and yet always expecting to be poor, to be always doubting your ability to get what you long for is destructive.

If you want to succeed you must think success. You must think upward. You must think progressively, creatively, constructively and optimistically. Refuse to think, live and recognize anything to do with penury and poverty. You will then progress towards the goal of plenty. Your thoughts are magnets which attract things alike.

Cultivate the habit of looking at everything constructively. Believe that the best is going to happen. Optimism is a builder. Our mental faculties grow and thrive in it just as the plants and trees grow and thrive in the sunshine. If you want to be happy and wealthy, you must think the happy and abundance thoughts and not limit yourself.

Holding a steady prosperity attitude gets the mind into such a creative condition that it becomes a magnet to draw the thing desired. Try to keep your mind in an uplifting, up building attitude. There is a great cumulative effect in holding yourself to the thoughts of success, health and happiness.

Our mental attitude creates our condition of success and failure. To be successful, the mind must be kept in a positive, creative condition. Our mental faculties give us exactly what we expect of them. If we trust them and depend upon them, they will give us their best. The mental forces tend to realize what we vigorously resolve to do and believe in with all our heart. Constructive thinking means health and prosperity. It is your protector and savior from all discord, poverty and disease. You must have harmony, peace of mind and freedom of thought to be efficient. Thought currents of courage, confidence and determination are the electrical mental forces which bring success. It is as important to make others believe in you as to believe in yourselves. You have to radiate a confident and courageous impression for that.

How To Get Liked By Anyone.

In order to be successful, you need to know and effectively use the art of persuasion. One of the most effective ways to persuade anyone is to make them like you. You can actually harness the power of persuasion to increase the quality of your life and the lives of the people around you. With this skill, you will significantly increase the value and positive energy that surrounds all of your interactions. Here are some tips to make people like you.

Always smile- This is the simplest way to make people like you. People tend to shy away from those who seem unfriendly. Make sure that you don’t force your smile. If you foster bad feelings towards someone and smile at them, it would manifest in your body language and they will actually read it. Focus on the positive traits and qualities of that person when you smile at him or her. A very genuine smile will derive out of your positive thoughts.

Honesty is the best policy- Be sincere about what you say or do. Nobody likes fake people. The way you smile and carry yourself speaks volumes about your real self. If you appreciate someone, do it from the bottom of your heart.

Talk positive- Make sure that you disseminate good news as often as possible. People will like you for that. Eventually you will be associated with good news and good luck. Everybody likes to hear good news.

Be positive- Start by being a positive person and people will like you. Always look at the brighter side and try to find that silver lining. You will attract people.

Make people happy- Making people happy is the easiest way to get someone to like you. Be good company. But it is not as simple as it seems to be. You have to cultivate your relationship with that person over time.

Maintain eye-contact- When you focus your eyes on those of the people to whom you are talking to, you are telling them that they have your complete attention. While conversing, lean forward a bit to show that you are interested. Another way is to nod your head at some of the points you agree with.

Socialize- The more someone sees you or communicates with you, the more they will like you. Get out and meet as many people as you can.

Be open- Share your emotions and feelings with others. People will trust you for that. And when you divulge something that is normally not being shared, they will feel special. Defenses are lowered and your likeability rate goes higher.

To your success at persuasion.
